We came from inside SMB systems. That is why we know where the problems are.
For years we kept the IT infrastructure of Portuguese companies running. We watched the same manual processes repeat in company after company — and decided to attack the cause instead of the symptom.
Our story
Softadvice started as a managed IT services provider. Servers, networks, backups, security and support — the essential work that keeps a company running and that nobody thinks about while it works.
Over those years we went inside dozens of small and mid-sized companies and noticed a pattern: what was holding them back was not the infrastructure. It was the manual work around it. Capable people spending hours copying data between systems, chasing approvals by email and assembling reports from numbers that already existed elsewhere.
Today that layer is our priority: digitalizing processes, automating the repetitive and applying AI where it genuinely pays off. We continue to run managed IT for our clients, because a digital operation needs a solid foundation — but the conversation now starts with the process, not the server.
We work from Portugal, in Portuguese and English, with Portuguese SMBs and, increasingly, with companies across Europe and the United States facing exactly the same problems.

Clarity over jargon
We explain what we are going to do in language anyone in the company understands. If you need a glossary to read the proposal, the proposal is badly written.

We measure before and after. We would rather report hours saved than present slides about transformation.
