How much does a digitalization project cost?
It depends on the process, but we work in phases with a fixed price per phase. The initial diagnosis is free, and the first implementation phase is normally quoted upfront, so you know exactly what you are spending before committing.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
Almost never. In most cases the ERP is not the problem — what happens around it is. We prefer to integrate and automate what already exists. If replacement really is necessary, we will say so and explain why.
How long until we see results?
The first process is usually live between four and eight weeks after kickoff. We deliberately pick a process with visible impact so the team feels the difference early.
Our team is not technical. Is that a problem?
No. Non-technical teams are exactly who we design for. Training, plain-language documentation and close support in the first weeks are part of every project.
What about GDPR and data protection?
We handle it from the design stage: where data lives, who can access it and how long it is kept. On AI projects we make sure your company data is not used to train third-party models.
Do you work with grants and funding programmes?
